problem with velocity and temperature

Dear all users.
I’m going to simulate the impact of nanodroplet on solid surface. I
need a droplet with initial velocity of V*=17 in Y direction before
impacting and T*=0.7. After simulating I saw temperature increased
rapidly and never fixed at T*=0.7. But I always want a droplet with
T*=0.7. There is my related code for velocity and temperature:
