problems with corrdump

I have obtained a sqs structure, and would like to see how good it fit with other clusters.
and I use the command like this:
corrdump -ro -noe -c -rnd -s=bestsqs.out -l=lat.in
(I have already generate a new clusters.out)

but it showed up that :
Unknown atom label: Cs
Unexpected vacancy

How can I do it in a right way?

Your lat.in and bestsqs.out are somehow not compatible. We’d need to see them to help.
