Dear All,
I simulate the nanoindentation test in lammps and I used the VMD
software to see the simulation. now I'm looking for a way to make the
load - displacement curve from the simulation data. I do not know how
to make this curve. shoud I use an other software to obtain the curve
or there is an option in VMD to do so? please tell me about this
problem in details.
