RDF of group

Hi

I have a box with 2 type of ions, 8 cation and 8 anion. in data file ID of cation are in this order 1 2 5 7 9 and for anion are 3 4 6 8 10. i want to calculate the RDF of cation around the anion (the RDF of group), How can i do this?

how about reading the documentation (again)?
compute rdf discriminates based on atom type, not atom id.
