RDF radial function distribution

Dear all,

I want to simulate the nanofluid H2O containing the Ag Nanoparticles, how to calculate the RDF(Ag H), RDF(AgO) and Ag (RDF radial function distribution)

If I anderstood weel, what you want to do is to compute the partial RDF…
