Hard to say whether its normal vs bad.
The guidelines I gave for slow divergence
between a restarted run vs the original still
apply. If you are comparing with an “original”
run which did not write a restart file
on the timestep the other run restarts from,
then that is a source of round-off itself.
Since the original run will not re-neighbor
on that timestep if it did not write a restat file.
