Is there a way to get the list of atomids in the particular region assigned through “region block” command??
Any suggestions,
You can group the region into a new group and then use dump to output the atom id of the atoms in that group.

You can also just dump atoms (with their ids or even only their IDs)
in a region, via the dump_modify region command.
