I have faced a problem when i am making my raad_data file using fix deposit command . Using taht datafile when i run my simulation it shows that
ERROR: Lost atoms: original 450 current 395
Can anyone point out where i am making mistake.

impossible to say. usually "lost atoms" means
that your physics are not making sense.
but it is not even clear what you are really doing.

The thermo_modify lost option will allow your simulation
to continue, rather than halt. But you have to answer the
question of why you are losing atoms. As Axel says, usually
that means bad physics.
