Dear all,
I have modeled water, butanol using oplsaa force field that uses 12-6 Lennard Jones potential and Mn02 nanoparticles using born potential but i am stuck in defining the interactions between the nanoparticles and the rest liquids because of different potentials used. Is there any way to find out the interactions between them automatically ?
