I want to plot RDF (gofr) for a different pair of atoms in my system. I have 50000 frames in my trajectory and I want to calculate over 50000 frames. For that I am using compute and fix ave/time to calculate and print the RDF. But I am not able to compute the average RDF over the entire frame. The command I used is like below
please read the documentation of fix ave/time.
