Dear All,
I am trying to run a simulation on HPC. Beyond the region of 10 angstrom,it shows the error of "segmentation fault"on using high number of processors.I have concerned a HPC engineer,but there is no problem with HPC. So, how to debug this problem.When i am running the same program on single processor so it is running properly.So,how to debug the “segmentation problem”
