Can any one tell me about Temp damping parameter? I read Nose paper, but i am not able to find where is Tdamp parameter in Nose paper.
Is Tdamp is related to Q value? A/c to Nose paper equation of Q is
Q = Nfree * Kb * Temp / Omega^2 Nfree = degree of freedom in the translation (3 * Npart) Kb = Boltzmann constant Temp = Target Temperature Omega = (2 pi / relaxation time)
Value of Q is exactly same as Temperature damping(Tdamp). is it correct
