your request is both too generic and too specific. perhaps you should explain in more detail where your problems are.
melting and solidifying a system with the use of a thermostat (by preference one that is based on dissipation) is trivial. however, if you intent is to study the melting/solidifying process in itself, then you are in trouble, because - as an activated process - this is difficult to do well on the time and length scales available to MD simulations.
in general, rather than asking for specific input examples you should look up publications of simulations that have done similar studies to what you are aiming to do and then try to translate the technical description of what was done in those publications into a LAMMPS input deck.
