Replicate to fill a region

​Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to replicate molecules to fill a region with irregular boundaries.

The create_atoms command can fill a region with either

atoms or molecules. If you scroll down to the bottom

of that doc page you will see an example of also
using a variable to create an irregular shaped domain
filled with atoms (could also be molecules).
