I installed LAMMPS Windows parallel executable version and MPICH2 for Windows that in LAMMPS site is said.

Make sure you follow the instructions on the LAMMPS website about running the LAMMPS Windows parallel executable.

Specifically, you might have to put mpiexec.exe and smpd.exe in the same place as the LAMMPS executable.
