Respected sir,
I am new to this code and facing problems in computing the structures
I have used following command,
corrdump -l=rndstr.in -ro -noe -nop -2=2.8834 -3=2.98
and got cluster.out file which is empty, then i ran the another step
mcsqs -n 4
and getting the following output.
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Please help me out to understand the procedure i am following to get bestsqs structure and why is this error coming?
