Hello Users,
During the equilibration phase the simulation box starts to drift in the positive x direction. I use velocity create with the linear and angular momentum zero, however, the drifting still occurs. What are some possible reasons that would cause the entire simulation box to start drifting and is there a way to stop it?
I’ve tried to use the velocity command and zero the momentum from the restart after the equilibration but that has not helped.
