Hi dear users,
I need your valuable comments on some issue that when modeling a solid structure in the liquid, what is the best initial velocity and thermostat to use. I mean velocity create type will probably be okay for fluid region but what velocity command should be applied to the solid to have more realistic model? Also is it okay to apply thermostat to solid mmolecules as well? Thank you for your comming response.
