A programme called OVITO can read the molecule ID. I write to the developers to ask how OVITO identify the molecules. He says “”. So I got the idea to visulize the structure.
I find that the structure from the lammps is sometime different from the Visulization state because of lack of details. If I can not get it from lammps, I will follow your seggestions.
