in the sph heat conduction folder the only plot available is the analytical plot which is figure 2 in the LAMMPS SPH user guide. How can I get the figure 1 plot from the guide for the heat transfer example?
The figure caption says this is a visualization of a snapshot, so you need to visualize the dump frame at t = 4s generated by the input and use the custom per-atom compute data to colorize the particles.
