i want to study the sputtering of Cu metal surface due to impact of Argon
cluster. i have already modeled a single ion impact of argon on Cu surface
and got very good results. i have problem in modelling the argon ion
cluster. can you please help me how argon ion cluster can be generated in
lammps??

there is not enough information. what exactly is your problem? what
did you try? what kind of fault/error did happen? and so on...
And did you read the doc page for the fix deposit command
with its molecule option, as well as the doc/molecule.html
doc page?
