On this page - http://lammps.sandia.gov/doc/fix_srd.html#Lechman - you mentioned that a paper on srd-solute is to be published in 2010. I have not found that paper anywhere, is it out ? If not, where can I find more details on the implementation of srd-solute interaction in lammps.
