Dear LAMMPS Experts,
Does anyone know any source/article that I can get Stillinger-Weber (SW) potential parameters for Si-Oxygen (SiO.SW)?
I am trying to prepare SiO.sw for my simulations the same way we have SiO.tersoff here (https://www.ctcms.nist.gov/potentials/entry/2007–Munetoh-S-Motooka-T-Moriguchi-K-Shintani-A–Si-O/) and I am wondering if anybody knows any source that shares these parameters. I just found a modified version of SiO.SW by Watanabe [1999] (https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1143/JJAP.38.L366/meta) but I am curious if there is a paper (not a modified SW version) that I am missing in the literature.
