The number of k-points in the interpolated band structure

Dear Alex and other members,
I am trying to run AMSET for a slab. It contains 24 atoms. I have access to 768 GiB memory, but still AMSET ask to reduce nworkers (using 48). I am using a 5 X 5 X 1 DFT mesh and 30 divisions along band paths in band structure calculation. The interpolation_factor is 10. I want to know if,

  1. The band path can be shortened as I am currently sampling full BZ (from seekpath) in band calculation (9 X 30 = 270 k-points) in band calculation.
  2. Can I further decrease interpolation_factor without compromising much with accuracy?
