Thank you, I read this paper http://dx.doi.org/10.1063/1.473271, on page 6085, V(i), said " the simulation box is not restricted to be
orthorhombic and does not even have to be periodic. ",so I use the free boundary condition in the direction of heat flow. and periodic in other two direction, I will read the papers you give me later.
