"\tools" folder in MSMPI LAMMPS version

Dear developers
I am using the LAMMPS WIndows version LAMMPS 64-bit 2023-04-10-MSMPI on my windows 10 computer.
I do not find the "\tool"s folder (see the screenshot below) in the Lammps directory ? Is it normal ? I am interested in the python script for eam_database

The Windows installer packages do not contain “source code”. You can always download the source code separately and use those files. Or just go to github: lammps/tools/eam_database at develop · lammps/lammps · GitHub
