Regarding my previous e-mail about truncated log file without an error at the end. Please see the attached files. The input, data file and the error generated by lammps.
In the folder, you can also see the specification of the supercomputer.
Maybe the problem is due to our supercomputer!. My lammps version is 14Feb2018.
I could not attach the log file as its size exceeded the maximum permitted. But here is the end of my log file.
I really appreciate your help as it takes lots of my time.

​i cannot reproduce the error reported in your batch scripts. the input deck is working for me with the latest patch version of LAMMPS trying multiple MPI libraries.
