Twist in a block by specified angle

Dear all,
I have created a long block with three groups,of same atoms. keeping one end group of atoms stationary, i want to rotate the opposite end group of atoms by specified angle to see the effect of twist on the stresses induced in the middle group of atoms. I am trying this by using fix 6 leftside move rotate 0.0 4.0 4.0 1.0 0.0 0.0 5.0 command. How can i control the angle of twist and omega ? What is the difference of period of rotation (time units) and total time for which that particular fix is run for?

This fix operates during a run. You choose the length of the
run and the timestep size, so you choose how long the
fix operates. If you do a run where the time of the run
is equal to the period you set in fix move, then the atoms
will make one rotation around the origin you choose (which
is likely far too much twist for your purposes).
