More importantly, most of what you are asking about is documented in the manual, but rather than following that, you seem to prefer to make things up and then wonder why this does result in errors. No big surprise if you ask me. Furthermore, there is no mention that you have addressed other fundamental issues that were pointed out.
In summary, you are making it very difficult to give advice. A lot of what you write sounds like thinking aloud without considering that everybody else is missing lots of context since you discuss in the abstract rather than providing specific examples.
