Use 2NN-meam SiC potential

Dear all ,
I want to use 2NN-MEAM potential for SiC but I am not getting potential , where I will get that potential and how i can use that in lammps .

Hello everyone, I want to use 2NN eam potential for Ni-Ti alloys. Where can I get it? and How can I use it in LAMMPS? Is there any specific code or format, as I never used it before.
