Dear all,
I have two CNTs in my box by distance 3.4 Ang and want to rotate them by using fix move rotate individually but simultaneously. Accordingly I wrote two fix for them with different origin point and axis of rotation but it is obvious just the first one is applied.
Is it possible to apply this fix twice to two separate groups of atoms at the same time? Or is there another way to rotate them?
any help and suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
