Using lammps 28Jun2014

I have recently started using lammps, and I am trying to simulate granular flows using the hard sphere model with a specified value of coefficient of restitution. I know there is no model for hard sphere potential but still I am not able to produce a fix or change the source code.
Moreover with granular flows the problem of inelastic collapse becomes very important at higher density.

is there a question somewhere in here? i don't see one.
