The KIM development team is pleased to announce the release of version 1.1.1 of the KIM application programming interface (API). This version is a minor update to v.1.1.0 released in July 2012. It includes bug fixes to some of the example models and tests, a bug fix for the make system, and a new "verification check" (vc_forces_numer_deriv) that can be used to help debug new models.
