visual studio errors

Hello,
I tried to compile lammps (projects from src/WINDOWS) with MPI on Visual Studio 9.0 and 10.0 (installed for this purpose with default settings, win7).
Firstly I installed MPICH2 and specified the corresponding include and lib directories.

At the end of the compilation I get more than 400 errors:

VS2008 output:

1>cl : Command line warning D9035 : option 'Wp64' has been deprecated and will be removed in a future release
1>angle.cpp
1>e:\distribs\lammps-29jan12\src\lmpwindows.h(27) : error C2084: function 'double pow(double,int)' already has a body
1> C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\include\math.h(489) : see previous definition of 'pow'
1>atom.cpp
...and so on

VS2010 output:
1> workspace.cpp
1> virtualrowmatrix.cpp
1> virtualmatrix.cpp
...
1> body.cpp
1> fix_wall_srd.cpp
1>e:\distribs\lammps-29jan12\src\lmpwindows.h(27) : error C2084: function 'double pow(double,int)' already has a body
1> C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\include\math.h(489) : see previous definition of 'pow'
1>atom.cpp
...and so on

I'm not so good at building with VS.
Please suggest me a solution regarding this issue.

Thanks in advance.
Eugeny

I presume you've looked at the "Building for Windows"
section of doc/Section_start.html, and the src/WINDOWS
dir it mentions that has VS project files you can use. There
is also a README.txt file in that dir to follow.

If those files and instructions don't work, they may be
out of date with current LAMMPS. In which
case I suggest you contact Ilya who is CCd on this
message.
