VMD 1.9 Topotools command list

Dear Lammps users,


I just installed VMD 1.9 and tried to get the command list for Topo. I usually just put the command Topo help in 1.8.7 and it will show all the command lists. However, in VMD 1.9 whenever I typed the same command “Topo help”, it didn’t show the command details for lammps (read and write data command). Could anyone of you tell me how to get the lammps command details in TK console ?

if you are using VMD 1.9, please update to the latest topotools 1.2 snapshot from here:

“topo help” works for me with the latest version. other than that,
perhaps it would be better to print out this page and keep it within reach:
