Dear all:
When using cuda package and compute rdf && fix ave/time, I get two
warnings:
############
1.WARNING: # CUDA: You asked for a Verlet integration using Cuda, but
several fixes have not yet been ported to Cuda.
This can cause a severe speed penalty due to frequent data synchronization
between host and GPU. (../verlet_cuda.cpp:632)

2.WARNING: Building an occasional neighobr list when atoms may have moved
too far (../neighbor.cpp:1401)
############
The first waring is easy to undestand.
As for the second waring, according to manual, I should build neighbor list
more frequently! However,if I turn off cuda package, it doesn't give
warings!!!

which means that it is likely you have compiled the CUDA library in
single precision and your time integration may become unstable with
the limited accuracy, but still works with double precision.
