I want to use atc package to simulate femtosecond laser ablation in metal.I need to analysis the Heat transport of femtosecond laser ablation with molecular dynamics-two temperature model method,so I have read the manual carefully.However,there is no detailed explanation of this fix and I can not find the example of the "fix atc internal atc two_temperature“ for metal.,there is just an example for Ar.
Could you sent me an example of fix atc two_temperature for metal(such as Cu)?

Actually, in the old doc pages, all those sub-pages were

linked to. The links are broken in the new doc pages.

I’ll ask Richard about this … Richard, the links in doc/'fix_atc.html

to these sub-pages are inactive.
