what to do with restarting triclinic box

Dear all:

I switched my box from orthogonal into triclinic in the initial run. Then when doing the continuous run, I let the lammps to read in the binary file. But I got following error message:

LAMMPS (31 Oct 2010)
Scanning data file …
ERROR: Unknown identifier in data file: �f�/�’

Is there anything special I should do with the binary file? thanks a lot.

Dear all, my problem is solved! It is because of my small mistake. The lammps edition does not have problem with triclinic box.

It appears you are trying to read a binary restart
file with the read_data command, which will not
work. You need to use the read_restart command.
