Why the sphere and plate deviate from their initial positions seriously after equilibrium?

I modified the input script and run again. Both the sphere and the plate deviate from their initial positions seriously. What is reason? The initial and final configurations are attached in the files.

You haven’t explained what you are trying to do. Why
shouldn’t they vary from their intitial positions? What
LAMMPS commands are you invoking to prevent them
from doing so?
