I am Khannan Krishnan, currrently pursuing PhD at University of Calicut, India. I am working with lammps and very eager to attend the workshop you are organizing. However, It is very difficult for me to come Italy.

there are *tons* of online material available for self study,
including recorded lectures and complete hands-on material with
comments. there are text books and tutorials. especially for the topic
of GPUs and similar accelerators. it is only a matter of making the
effort and looking for it.
