Hello LAMMPS Developers,
I just downloaded and installed the stable LAMMPS-Version (1Feb14) and encountered a problem, when trying to run an input script that worked with Version 17Dec13.
It is just a plain NVE SPC/E simulation and the new version seems to complain about fix shake:
ERROR: Invalid fix style (…/modify.cpp:714).
At least the simulation starts, if I remove fix shake. Everything works fine with the 17Dec13 Version. Has the syntax of fix shake been changed in the meantime? My apologies if I did not pick up on that.
