I'm not sure if you are aware, but I wanted to make sure someone was aware that the latest (22May11) patch failed to include the new files (accelerator.h, etc).

Until this is fixed, I am unable to build LAMMPS using "make cygwin".

yes - accelerator.h is missing (there is no accelerator.cpp).

I'll post a supplementary patch today.
