I have uploaded a new version of EMC, which addresses the issues as reported on this website. This includes issues with CFF force fields such as PCFF, an updated version of the VMD EMC GUI, additions to the CHARMM force field, and a new target for LINUX ARM architectures. I also included a modular version of EMC Setup under emc.pl. This version is a replacement of emc_setup.pl. The latter is still included in this release, but users are encouraged to use emc.pl instead. Bug reports will only be dealt with for emc.pl. You can download your updated version at https://montecarlo.sourceforge.net/. Available targets are LINUX x86_64 and aarch64, Mac OS x86_64, and Windows.
Thank you for the update. However I couldn’t locate any file named emc.pl and I am confused. Are you referring to the emc.sh file?

Thank you for bringing the omission of emc.pl to my attention. This was unintentional. I uploaded a new version for all 20240801 targets which includes emc.pl and its accompanying modules.
