I am trying to calculate elastic tensor with Pymatgen. I adopt primitive lattice structures download directly from mp to apply elastic deformation without proper symmetry check. This leads to non-zero values appearance at position like C14, C24. Is there any way to transform the elastic tensor into proper IEEE-standard without redo the calculation?
