about nonorthogonal model

Hi,

I am trying to simulate a nonorthogonal model. Now, I have a data file of nonorthogonal model. Could anyone tell me how can I define the box? Can I just define a orthogonal box and use read_data commond to read my data file? Thanks very much.

the box is defined in the data file. no need to define a box prior to read_data.
