Amset deform read with pymatgen Symmetry Undetermined Error

Hi everyone,
when I run $ amset deform read ./undeform ./001 ./002 ./003 ./004 ./005 ./006
the following error pop up:

seems something was wrong with my deformed structure calculations, where one deformed structure indeed has a symmetry related problem (Inconsistent Bravais lattice types found for crystalline and reciprocal lattice), so I switched off the symmetry (ISYM = -1) for one of these deformed structures when running VASP. Is that the reason for this error?
