Bug in deformation values, and overall unrealistically high ADP value

Dear Alex,

I am trying to run calculations on my system. I am getting unexpectedly high ADP values. I was wondering for semiconductors follow the range of less than 10^15 ps-1. But here in my case, I am getting 10^25 ps-1, which leads to overall mobility being zero. I have attached the screenshots and amset.log for your reference.
Can you please help me to solve this issue?

When I am trying to do calculations at the higher kpoints it constantly shows an error " expected 48 points but predicted 40". So, this value varies with respect to the kpoint but the error remains the same.
