I’m a student theses and i’m doing my theses on lammps. Probably i’m asking a stupid question…
I want to build lammps executable using mpicc compiler but in the makefile i don’t know how to set the linker and compiler settings, i mean to specify flags and libraries needed for mpicc compiler.
Can anybody help me???

your best chances to get the help you need is to talk to somebody
locally, that has compiled parallel applications before. the flags and
settings that you are looking for are dependent on how the machine
that you are using is set up, so it is very difficult to give advice - other
than something very generic like in the lammps manual - from remote.
