I haven’t done this before either, but I’d think that you can define the group from a “region”, which encloses only the droplet. Can you try that?

This may need a dynamic group. The surface in my system is hydrophobic so that the droplet moves and goes through the boundaries sometimes. I will try but this may not be a simple way. Thank you
