Respected OVITO users, I want to ask that during the visualization procedure of the lammps dump file in ovito for the values like RMSD, RDF we calculate using OVITO is just as same as if we calculate it using the lammps script and get output file or both of these are same.

The results for properties like the RDF calculated using OVITO during post-processing of a LAMMPS dump file are generally expected to align closely with those obtained from LAMMPS scripts. Keep in mind that differences may arise from the precision of numerical data in the dump file or the frequency of snapshots saved during the simulation.
